This page explains how Kahanizone.com decides what to publish, how we write and review our stories, and what standards every piece of content must meet before it goes live on our website.

We are a family-first Hindi storytelling platform. Everything we do — from choosing a story topic to the words we use — is guided by one central question: is this good for children and families? If the answer is no, we do not publish it. Simple as that.

Kahanizone.com is strictly a kids and family platform. We do not publish adult content, romantic stories, bold or explicit content, or anything that is not suitable for children. This editorial commitment is non-negotiable.

1.  What We Publish

Kahanizone.com publishes the following content categories. Every category on this list is family-safe and suitable for children and parents to read together:

🌼 Moral Stories — Naitik Kahaniya

Stories built around a clear life lesson — honesty, kindness, patience, courage, hard work, and respect. These are written to be simple enough for a young child to understand, and meaningful enough for an adult to appreciate.

🐾 Panchatantra Stories

Classic Indian animal fables retold in simple, modern Hindi. We adapt these from the original Sanskrit tradition. Our versions are written specifically for today’s children while preserving the wisdom of the original tales.

👑 Akbar-Birbal Stories

Witty, clever stories from the court of Emperor Akbar and his minister Birbal. These stories teach children to think creatively and find smart solutions. They are suitable for all ages.

🎭 Tenali Rama Stories

Humorous and intelligent stories from the court of King Krishnadevaraya. Tenali Rama stories are loved by children for their humour and by adults for their wisdom. All stories in this category are age-appropriate.

🏠 Family Stories

Warm, relatable stories about family life — parents and children, grandparents and grandchildren, siblings, and everyday moments. These stories reflect real Indian family values and emotions.

✨ Motivational Stories

Inspiring stories about effort, courage, and never giving up. Written for children and young readers. All motivational stories are positive, constructive, and age-appropriate.

🌙 Bhootiya Kahaniya — Mild Horror Stories

Spooky, fun ghost stories written at the level of a campfire tale. No graphic content. No violence. No disturbing material. Recommended for children aged 8 and above.

Content standard for Bhootiya Kahaniya: Every horror story published on Kahanizone.com is reviewed specifically against a child-safety checklist. Stories that contain graphic imagery, psychological horror beyond mild suspense, or content not suitable for children aged 8+ will not be published in this category.

2.  What We Do NOT Publish

This is just as important as knowing what we do publish. The following types of content will never appear on Kahanizone.com:

  • Romantic or love stories
  • Adult or bold content of any kind
  • Stories with sexual themes, even implied
  • Stories with graphic violence or gore
  • Content that promotes hatred, discrimination, or disrespect toward any community, religion, caste, or gender
  • Politically motivated or divisive content
  • Content that could frighten or psychologically harm young children
  • Misinformation or factually incorrect content presented as fact
  • Sponsored stories where the advertiser has influenced the narrative or lesson

This list is not exhaustive. Our editorial team uses judgment alongside these guidelines. When in doubt, we do not publish.

3.  How Every Story Is Created and Reviewed

Every story published on Kahanizone.com goes through a clear process before it goes live. Here is what that process looks like:

Step 1  —  Topic Selection: We choose topics that are relevant, meaningful, and appropriate for our audience. Story ideas come from our team, reader feedback, traditional folklore, and cultural relevance.

Step 2  —  Writing: The story is written in simple, clear Hindi. We focus on easy vocabulary, short sentences, and a natural reading flow. The story must have a clear beginning, middle, and end — and a meaningful takeaway.

Step 3  —  Content Review: Before publishing, every story is checked against our content standards. We ask: Is this family-safe? Is the language appropriate for children? Is the lesson positive? Is the content culturally respectful?

Step 4  —  Language and Quality Check: We check for grammatical accuracy, spelling, and readability in Hindi. Stories that are unclear or poorly structured are revised before publishing.

Step 5  —  Originality Check: We verify that the content has not been copied from another source. All original stories are unique to Kahanizone.com. Adapted traditional stories are rewritten in our own words.

Step 6  —  Publishing: Once a story passes all checks, it is published with a proper title, category tag, and featured image. We do not rush this process.

We do not publish a story just to fill a quota or meet a posting schedule. Every story earns its place on this website.

4.  Editorial Independence

Kahanizone.com maintains full editorial independence. This means:

  • No advertiser, sponsor, or business partner can influence what stories we write or how we write them.
  • Google AdSense advertisements appear on our website, but they have zero influence on our editorial decisions.
  • If we ever feature sponsored or partnered content, it will be clearly labelled as “Sponsored” or “In Partnership With” so readers always know.
  • Our story choices are driven by what is best for our readers — not by what generates the most clicks or ad revenue.

We are an independent platform built by people who genuinely love Hindi storytelling. That independence is something we protect.

5.  Corrections and Updates

We strive for accuracy in everything we publish. However, if a factual or language error is found in any story or article on Kahanizone.com, we handle it this way:

  • We correct the error as quickly as possible.
  • If the correction is significant, we add a brief note at the end of the story explaining what was changed and when.
  • We do not silently delete or rewrite stories without acknowledgement if the change affects the meaning or accuracy of the content.

If you spot an error in one of our stories — a factual mistake, a wrong date, or an incorrect cultural reference — please write to us. We genuinely appreciate it.

6.  Cultural Sensitivity and Respect

Kahanizone.com is a platform rooted in Indian culture and the Hindi language. We take cultural sensitivity seriously. Our editorial standards require that:

  • All stories treat every community, religion, caste, gender, and region with respect.
  • Traditional stories like Panchatantra and Akbar-Birbal are told faithfully and without distortion.
  • No story uses stereotypes, mockery, or disrespectful portrayals of any group of people.
  • Stories reflecting Indian cultural values do so with pride and authenticity, not caricature.

We believe that the best stories bring people together. That is the spirit in which every story on Kahanizone.com is written.

7.  Reader Feedback and Complaints

We value every piece of feedback we receive — from parents, teachers, children, and general readers. If you feel that a story on our website:

  • Contains content that is not appropriate for children
  • Is factually incorrect or culturally insensitive
  • Has been copied from another source without credit
  • Does not meet the standards described in this policy

Please write to us immediately. We will review the concern and respond within a reasonable time. Your feedback directly improves the quality of this platform.

8.  Updates to This Editorial Policy

This Editorial Policy will be updated whenever our content standards change, new categories are added, or our review process is improved. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page will always reflect the latest version.

We are committed to being transparent about how we work. If you have questions about any part of this policy, please reach out. We are happy to explain.
